How can I schedule a house cleaning?



You can receive a custom quote by clicking the Book Now button and entering your information in the form provided. You can provide a preferred date & time to get on our calendar or just request a quick quote.

What are the different types of cleaning services?



At 505 Clean Queens, the three primary services we provide are the Move Clean, the Deep Clean, and the Maintenance (Recurring) Clean. You can read more about each of these on our Services page. Here you will find checklists and detailed descriptions of the work performed with each type of service.

How can I get a quote?



Are cleaning supplies included?



Yes, almost all of them; we will bring all cleaning supplies except for a toilet brush. If you have other special products you would like us to use you are welcome to leave them out for the team to use.

Are you a pet-friendly cleaning service?



We love animals too! We use non-toxic, eco-friendly products so your pets are safe on any surface we clean. Please make sure to request an eco-friendly cleaning if this applies to you.

How often should I use a professional cleaning service?



Most people choose to have their house professionally cleaned weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Fortunately, we offer larger discounts the more frequently you have us clean. The ideal schedule will depend on how busy you are, how many people live in your home, and whether you have pets.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?



Not at all! Most of our clients give us a key or garage code. We do request that you are available to do a walk-thru with the technician upon completion but our professional Queens are fully trained and able to clean unsupervised.

What if I want to tip my cleaners?



Our Queens work hard and their work is difficult. If you are happy with your service and want to show your appreciation, tipping is a great way to do so. Tips may be left at the time of the clean or you can include a tip when submitting payment.

What if something gets broken?



Damages are rare but this does happen occasionally. We will cover the cost of any damage to your home. Our staff takes before and after photos to document the condition of the home and they will also document any damage with photos. We will email you this information after the clean has been completed.

When will I be charged?



When you book your first cleaning, we charge a 50% deposit to hold the reservation. This will be applied to the invoice for the service or we can refund the cost provided the appointment is cancelled at least 48hr in advance. For recurring service, we keep payment details on file and bill automatically after each cleaning has been completed.

When are you available to clean my home?



We have flexible hours to serve the Albuquerque & Rio Rancho areas and book appointments between 8am & 8pm. We can even schedule on Saturdays but we are closed on major holidays and most Sundays so that our Queens can enjoy time with their loved ones.

What cleaning services do you offer?



We offer a range of services including residential house cleaning, vacation rental cleaning, and move-in or move-out cleaning. You can see the list of different services on our home page or much more detail is available on our “Services” page.

Will I have the same cleaners each time?



Depending on the size of your home and the schedule for the day, we may send one cleaner or up to four people to perform the clean. If you are on a recurring schedule, we will do our best to schedule the same person or team each time but we cannot guarantee this every clean.

Can I provide special instructions?



Yes, we encourage it! The more we know about your needs and preferences the better we'll be able to perform for you. We will document these details and keep them on file so that you don't need to tell us every time.

Do you offer a guarantee?



Yes, we stand behind our service! We perform a walk-thru with you upon completion to ensure that you are happy with the service so most concerns can be resolved before we depart. However, if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, please contact us so we can make it right. We ask that you notify us of any issues within 48hr of your clean in order to take advantage of our guarantee.

Will my house be inspected at every clean?



Yes, we inspect the property before and after every clean! Our Queens also document the condition with photos. We also perform a walk-thru with you upon completion to ensure that you are happy with the service.

Do your Queens use non-toxic or organic products?



We use non-toxic, eco-friendly products as much as possible. Please make sure to request an eco-friendly cleaning if this applies to you.

What is the next step after I book an appointment?



After you book you can sit back and relax knowing your home will be sparkling again in no time! You’ll be on our calendar and we’ll send a reminder the day before to make sure you’re ready.

What do I need to do before the cleaning appointment?



We ask that personal belongings are picked up before we arrive, as this speeds along the cleaning process and keeps your cost down. It also ensures that your personal belongings aren’t moved somewhere that you cannot find them. We can move personal items for a fee but the Queens are most efficient when the space is clutter free.

How many cleaners do you send?



Our Albuquerque Queens work in a variety of groupings depending on the job and schedule for the day. Many cleaners work in teams of 2 or 3 but we also have cleaners who prefer to work solo. If you are on a recurring schedule, we will do our best to schedule the same person or team each time but we cannot guarantee this every clean.

Will you change the sheets on my bed?



Absolutely! Our Queens typically make the bed but they will also change the sheets if clean linens are left out for them.

How long does a typical cleaning take?



There is no set amount of time - all properties are unique and in different conditions. We can provide a more accurate estimate when we provide a quote but standard cleaning typically ranges from 2-4 hours. Deep cleans and move cleans will often take multiple Queens a full day as these are much more comprehensive services.

Who keeps my keys and who has access to them?



We can make arrangements that fit best for you. Most of our clients provide us a key, garage code, or just leave a key hidden for the cleaners on the day of cleaning.

What is your cancellation policy?



We do our best to be flexible but changing appointments can create a challenge for everyone else on the schedule. We ask that you provide 48hr notice if you need to reschedule. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours there is a cancellation fee. If you cancel when the cleaner arrives or if we are locked out the full price will be charged.

Are you licensed, bonded, & insured?



Yes, we sure are! Our Queens clean with stealth and dexterity but we also carry appropriate levels of coverage just in case.

What if I am home sick the day of my cleaning?



If you are sick we, ask that you reschedule your appointment. This protects our Queens and allows you the space to rest and recover.

Why is my first clean more expensive?



The first cleaning we perform will take longer and cost a little more than your recurring service. The first clean will bring that sparkle back to your home and revive those areas that may not have been cleaned for some time. When this foundational clean is complete, it will take our team less time for future cleans.

What do you recommend to wash the windows?



If you don't want to use traditional window cleaner, a vinegar and water solution is a good option. It is environmentally friendly, inexpensive, and can be used on most types of windows. Simply mix equal parts water and vinegar. You can use a squeegee or our Queens love microfiber cloths.
